friendly staff clean room excellent location scary sound room kettle old stains

The staff was friendly I felt very welcome. My room was very comfy and tidy it had everything I needed. The location is excellent it was close to many main attractions.

The lift made a scary sound I hope it gets fixed soon.

a decent stay overall

excellent buffet helpful staff soundproofing absence street noise

the breakfast buffet impressed me. there were many choices available. the staff was friendly and helpful . they assisted me with my transfer to the airport.

i noticed the lack of soundproofing in the room. i could hear noises from toilets flushing. street noise was present early in the morning. the insulation was not very good.

helpful staff clean rooms broken kettle small water

the staff were very kind and helpful. i especially liked that the location was close to a tram station. this made it easy to get around! the rooms were also quiet and clean.

the room kettle did not work! we told them about it, but maintenance did not come . also, i found it weird that they only gave us two small cups of water.

a mixed experience

poor soundproofing limited water

the location proved convenient to major attractions.

The lack of proper soundproofing was noticeable, particularly with noise coming through the walls (i could clearly hear conversations). i also found the limited supply of complimentary water a bit odd. Only two small bottles were provided initially, and no refills were offered .
