a decent stay overall
excellent buffethelpful staffsoundproofing absencestreet noise
the breakfast buffet impressed me. there were many choices available. the staff was friendly and helpful . they assisted me with my transfer to the airport.
i noticed the lack of soundproofing in the room. i could hear noises from toilets flushing. street noise was present early in the morning. the insulation was not very good.

the staff were very kind and helpful. i especially liked that the location was close to a tram station. this made it easy to get around! the rooms were also quiet and clean.
the room kettle did not work! we told them about it, but maintenance did not come . also, i found it weird that they only gave us two small cups of water.

the location proved convenient to major attractions.
The lack of proper soundproofing was noticeable, particularly with noise coming through the walls (i could clearly hear conversations). i also found the limited supply of complimentary water a bit odd. Only two small bottles were provided initially, and no refills were offered .
